1. Code of Business Ethics
Our Code of Business Ethics establishes the standards of professional and ethical conduct expected from everyone representing Cloud Riverdale.

2. Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption Policy
Cloud Riverdale has a zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption.
Employees, contractors, representatives and business partners must not offer, promise, provide, request or accept an improper payment, benefit or advantage for the purpose of influencing a business decision or obtaining an improper commercial or other advantage.
Our Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption Policy addresses:

3. Gifts, Entertainment & Hospitality Policy
Cloud Riverdale recognises that reasonable business hospitality can form part of legitimate business relationships. However, gifts, entertainment and hospitality must never be used to improperly influence a business decision.
Gifts and entertainment must:
- Have a legitimate business purpose
- Be reasonable and proportionate
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations
- Be transparent and appropriately recorded
- Not create an actual or perceived obligation
- Not be offered or accepted during sensitive procurement or contracting decisions where this could create a conflict
- Receive appropriate approval where required
Special care must be taken when dealing with Government Officials, government agencies or government-owned entities.
Cash or cash equivalents must not be offered or accepted as business gifts.
4. Commissions, Referral Fees & Payments
Cloud Riverdale may work with business partners, referral partners, consultants and other intermediaries as part of its legitimate commercial activities.
Any commission, referral fee or similar payment must:
- Have a legitimate and documented business purpose
- Be commercially reasonable
- Be appropriately approved
- Be documented in a written agreement where appropriate
- Be accurately recorded in the company’s financial records
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations
- Never be used as a mechanism for bribery, kickbacks or improper influence
Payments to third parties must be made through appropriate and traceable business channels.
5. Conflict of Interest Policy
Cloud Riverdale expects individuals representing the company to avoid situations where personal interests conflict, or appear to conflict, with the interests of the company or its customers.
Potential conflicts must be disclosed promptly so they can be appropriately assessed and managed.
Examples may include:
- Personal financial interests in a supplier or customer
- Personal relationships that could influence business decisions
- Outside employment or business activities
- Receiving inappropriate benefits from suppliers or customers
- Participating in decisions involving a related party
6. Third-Party & Supplier Code of Conduct
Cloud Riverdale expects suppliers, contractors, consultants, implementation partners and other third parties acting on its behalf to maintain appropriate standards of integrity and ethical conduct.

Reports will be handled appropriately and, where applicable, confidentially.
Cloud Riverdale does not tolerate retaliation against a person who raises a genuine concern in good faith.
Business Dealings with Government Officials
Cloud Riverdale recognises that interactions with Government Officials may present particular compliance risks.
Employees and representatives must exercise appropriate care when dealing with Government Officials and must not offer or provide anything of value for the purpose of improperly influencing an official action or decision.
Any legitimate gifts, hospitality, travel, sponsorship or other benefits involving Government Officials must comply with applicable laws and Cloud Riverdale’s internal approval requirements.
Where there is uncertainty, employees are expected to seek guidance before proceeding.
Reporting a Concern
Anyone who becomes aware of suspected bribery, corruption, fraud, unethical conduct, conflicts of interest or other serious policy violations is encouraged to raise the matter promptly.
